In 2020, Texas State University faced a critical challenge: managing all online course evaluations across 47 departments, 90 survey forms, and nearly 40,000 students. Up until this time, course-evaluation management consumed 70 percent of one full-time equivalent employee’s time, creating a “single point of failure.” To address this, Texas State empowered each department to take ownership of their own evaluation processes by transitioning from Tk20 to Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys. In this webinar, Texas State shares their implementation journey and gives insight into: This is a recording of a presentation from Watermark Engage 2024. "Watermark helps us keep the students we've worked so hard to recruit and see them across the finish line, which in turn improves the bottom line of the college."
"Everything was siloed in our college... no one really had access to everything. With Watermark, we were able to pull everything into one location, which gives faculty, staff, advisors, and leadership the same tool. They can see everything holistically."
"It is so nice to finally have one place to house all of this information, I can't tell you. It's like night and day. We love it."
