We know that meeting student outcomes and achieving institutional goals cannot be accomplished by one team alone. But working effectively with people on both sides of the house — academic and student success — can be tricky. At Mid-America Christian University, collaboration across teams serves as the basis for many initiatives. In this webinar, we tell the story of how this private, faith-based institution in the heartland of Oklahoma goes against the cultural value of competition and instead breaks down silos across divisions, disciplines and departments to reach shared student-outcome goals.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Effectively work together for the well-being of students and the institution.
  • Leverage data from multiple diverse sources to support student-success outcomes.
  • Overcome challenges maintaining the integrity of core values and institutional excellence.
  • Develop practical strategies to promote meaningful change.

"Everything was siloed in our college... no one really had access to everything. With Watermark, we were able to pull everything into one location, which gives faculty, staff, advisors, and leadership the same tool. They can see everything holistically."
